Feeling of Being Harassed

I've been constantly being harassed by our administrator due to being in modified duty. Yesterday, for some reasons, she decided to do my annual evaluation herself. She noted there that I have to try harder to finish my tasks as modified faster. And to stop repeating what other people talk about, gossip is also what she wrote. Now I really feel pressured. Please advise. Thank you.

You better wake up and realize you work for them, they're paying you.
Either abide by their rules or find another job, there's no law saying they have to employ you.
