    Default WC Award Letter

Hi guys. The WC Award Letter states the TTD period is from 10/20/2019 to 06/03/2021. Does the end date include 06/03/2021 or it should be read as ending on 06/02/2021? Thanks for your help!

It does not include 6/3/21. It specifies "to" that date, not including it.

I see nowhere where it says "not including"
It says from 10/20/2019 to 06/03/2021 which would include both dates in my opinion.
It would be no different than if you said I work from Monday to Friday, would that mean you don't work Friday?

Well, I'd say I work Monday through Friday, but that's just me. In any event, I can tell you with 100% certainty that for WC award purposes it does not include 6/3/21.

Is that right? How about you post a source for this statement.
I have no idea of who you are or your credentials, I have zero reason to take anything you say as fact.

There is no definite answer - it's up for interpretation, it could be argued either way.
I still say it includes 6/3/21 - prove me wrong.
