    Default What to Do when Insurance Does Not Honor Futre Medical Stipulation Award

    My workers compensation claim was made in the State of: California and they with held an Occupational Disease " Chronic Oppressive Neuropathy" Definition of Oppressive Severe Injury I'm now suffering with everything from A-Z. Peripheral Neuropathy Nerve Root Damage in Spine, Cervical, Thoracic, Lumbar and Inner-Lining, Joints, Major Organs and every inch of my body.
    WHAT DO I DO WHEN INSURANCE DOES NOT HONOR FUTRE MEDICAL STIPULATION AWARD

    I would contact the lawyer who got you through this.....If you dont have one, sounds like you will need one!
