Why is it ok, in California, for an injured worker to suffer? Why are the insurance companies allowed to ignore emails from attorneys? Why is it ok for injured workers to lose everything, be put out on the street, vehicle repossessed, left in pain with absolutely no treatment, the QME Drs. to blatantly lie, not receive any kind of payments or help (to include stimulus payments), destroy peoples credit, and go on for over 4 years? Who do I need to contact to light a fire under their butts, so I can be fixed and go back to living again?

It's not "OK" and the IC's don't ignore emails from attorneys, they may have read the email and felt a response wasn't needed.
It's your responsibility to present a credible claim, failure to do so will result in a denial.
Worker Comp has nothing to do with stimulus checks.

Of course they do, they're paid to give an opinion to support the carriers interest.
The remedy is to present your doctor's opinion and medical records to counter his lies - the courts will decide who's more credible and rule accordingly.

Court rulings are final, there are no sources that can force them to do otherwise.
Sounds like you've exhausted all remedies - no one can force them to pay a denied claim.
You either had a weak claim or failed to present a credible case - either way you lost - time to accept reality and move on.

If there was a source that could force the carrier to pay a denied claim where would it stop? Could people convicted of crimes force the courts to over rule a jury verdict or worse yet, a psychopathic president like trump overturn a valid election?

Lousy workers' comp laws passed by state legislatures and signed into law by Governors are almost always the source of bad laws for workers. One way to keep it from getting worse is to elect people to your state legislature who care about working people. Too many working people vote for the wrong representatives, because they are voting based on non-pertinent issues that appeal to them otherwise. For instance, did you know that across the country, the state legislators who oppose abortion rights are almost always the same legislators who vote against your interests as a working person in things like unemployment benefits, voting rights, and workers' comp laws? Think about that.

Thanks complwyr You said it perfictly....Thats the problem when one side divides on one item and people fall for it....I like to call it people voting against their own best self intrests!.....It used to be God, Guns, and gays..Now they have added more silly like CRT, abortion, religion, or just being different....Who pays for such narrow thinking?.......ALL OF US!
