Seek profesional help as soon as you can....I know this feeling well, and 15 years later I still suffer from depression....Keep life simple and find some joy in little things....Talk to friends or family and see if they understand...All of this aint easy most of us understand

The first thing to do is determine what's triggering the depression, is it life events or a chemical imbalance in your brain.
See your doctor, maybe he can give you some meds or refer you to a psychologist.
You're not alone, there's a pandemic of depression - mental health doctors are overwhelmed, it may take months to get in to see a doctor.

For now, try to "be here now" see the good or peace in this very moment.
Most depression is from unrealistic thoughts of doom, worthlessness, or irrational beliefs.
Keep busy, don't let your mind wonder, call a friend or go for a walk - I know what you're going through, it's a bitch.

Ya I visited to the doc he listened to everything that's happening with me, I share every single thing. after listing he told that it is happening because i am alone, last year i lost my mom dad and my brother left me because of his wife. today I called him and what I am he says he will tell lie to his wife and come to stay for 4 days. but doc suggest me that is should get into a relationship or get a pet which will make me feel not alone.

I am thing to get 2 pets, and that would be great and i will come to this forum to talk you all guys so that i don't feel alone and can even share everything to all.
    I hope you don't mind!
