    Default Work Restrictions

My workers compensation claim was made in the State of: California
Hi all. I’m almost at the end of my workers comp ordeal. I have seen a qme and my attorney’s doctor. I have seen my attorney’s doctor the maximum 24 times and he has given me a 50lb weight restriction. The problem is that my employer will not allow me back to work unless I have no restrictions. My attorney’s doctor is unwilling to give me a no restrictions note. What should I do? I need my job and my back is feeling better. Plus I don’t have any income coming in because the insurance company stopped paying me on the last day that I saw my attorney’s doctor.

Im a bit confused?.....What has your attorney said about this situation?....Your attorney knows far more about your case than we do?...Usully you go back to work and try, but follow Drs orders....Thats why you need good solid legal representation.

Consult your attorney - they have to pay wage loss benefits until your employer takes you back or you find a new job within your restrictions.

Thanks! My lawyer called me and will talk to the doctor and get a release note from him.
