    Default Private Investigators

I'm not sure of the authenticity of these videos, they don't make sense- why would anyone go to an investigators house to pick up their check? I find it hard to believe that anyone is this stupid.

Another thing, I've never heard of an investigator exposing himself to the target or disclosing the results of his investigation to the target before submitting it to the employer's attorney - there would be no purpose for either. and could possibly jeopardize the case.
The purpose of hiring a PI is to investigate, not to confront the target.

I found this on face book - a private investigator calls a claimant in for an interview and to pick up his check, they then expose him as a fraud with a video.
Never ever talk to or meet with an investigator - this is the quickest way to destroy your claim.
The people in these videos obviously have no attorney, these investigators are taking full advantage of it.

For the record, these investigators do not have the authority to deny a claim, all they can do is submit the evidence to the employer and their attorneys.
If allowed, this evidence can be summited at trial to impeach the witness - that's if it's allowed, under certain circumstances it may not be.
This is why it's important to hire an attorney at the beginning of your case and let him deal with these clowns.

An attorney would never allow his client to meet these investigators, if these investigators tricked these people into coming into their office behind their lawyers back - the evidence is inadmissible

Look at some of their other videos on the right.
I can't imagine a defense attorney or employer allowing their investigators to confront or disclose the results of an investigation to the claimant before submitting it to them.
Also I've never heard of an investigator exposing himself to the target - it compromises the investigation and blows their cover.

If this is real these guys are either stupid or the video is a fake and the claimants are actors to gain views on the internet to promote their firm.
