    thanks, but it was never discussed. I agreed to an amount at a mediation. The mediator just said the lawyer would type up the papers. I just though she would have done it by now since it has been over a month. And now the seed money has been deposited for one week and I have no clue how to access it

    How do you know the seed money is deposited? Its been to long for me to remember? I think the seed money was sent via check to me till my structured settlement waited a year to pay out for my MSA.

    I can see it was deposited when I sign into my Medicare.gov account

    I hope you got things straightened out. Some of the things you are posting make no sense whatsoever, like the lawyer wanting more money than what is covered in her fee contract, and you looking at your Medicare website portal to see that the MSA seed money has been deposited in a MSA that you said you are managing yourself.
