I got an inguinal hernia at work in ca.
Followed the book on everything,and got an attorney.
I have had my surgery which was approved by workman's comp. I have my follow up appt. This week.upon telling my attorney this ,he told me to get a letter from surgeon stating my status,and then the ins.company is gonna fly me out to CA. To be looked at by there doctor.
Is this a normal procedure?
My case is on delay and I have not received any benefits yet
Please advise
