Re: Do I Receive Yearly Bonus if I'm on Workers Comp
Unless you have a labor contract stating such, they don't have to do anything.
My work is now telling me I don't get my yearly bonus that I've earned because I'm on workers compensation? How is this right? Or is it right? I've been doing some research and what I'm seeing is they have to pay me.
Where did you see they have to pay you without a contract?
