    Default Issues 10 Years After Incident

    My workers compensation claim was made in the State of: Tennessee

    My son was injured in a car wreck while driving to a fire fir Junior firefighters and workman's comp covered all medical due to this wreck in 2013

    His hip was injured and dislocated now 10 years later as expected he is having major issues with this hip and Dr confirmed that it's due to damage caused by wreck.

    My question is that he's wondering if workman's comp would cover medical this.
