Waiting Period For Comp Benefits After Injury: 5 days
Compensation is retroactive if disability continues for what period of time from the date of injury? 21 or more calendar days
Attorney Fees Permitted: If employee prevails before hearing, twice SAWW; otherwise depends on when appellate process, settlement occurs, statute.
